mint tea airport transportation
The staff provided really good service. They arranged airport transportation and greeted me upon arrival with mint tea and pastries (so thoughtful!). I had dinner at the riad. It was delicious and authentic. They accommodated my dietary restrictions, which I appreciated.
The street outside the riad was a little noisy early in the morning.

the staff were really friendly and helpful . i had dinner at the riad, and the food was amazing!!!
the owner offered a suite later, but it smelled of dampness and drains.

I felt so at home. The staff are really good. they are helpful and friendly. they really went out of their way for me. the riad is perfectly situated for getting around the medina. i discovered that the best food i had throughout my entire trip was in the riad. The chicken tagine is amazing!!!

the riad is near the bahia palace and a short walk from jamaa el-fna. it is easy to access other parts of the city. taxis are readily available nearby. there are also plenty of local shops.

A Sanctuary of Calm and Attentive Service
comfy corners roof terrace great attention
The riad shows beautiful appointments. The main room includes comfy corners, it also features the pool as the centre piece. The upstairs roof terrace provides many smaller areas with seating and sunbeds. Everything has been carefully curated with attention to detail.
The riad tipped off someone who aggressively wanted payment for grabbing our hand luggage and taking it a short distance.

The staff were hospitable and kind. Ahmed was especially helpful. The team was very polite and cordial.

The food served features tasty Moroccan cuisine. Breakfast was delicious and plenty. Staff also prepared breakfast early one day. I found the tagines and salads wonderful and personalised.

the main room featured comfy corners. a rooftop terrace provided seating and sunbeds. the hotel had excellent attention to detail.
Offers i booked were not honored. They offered a free upgrade, but i was given the standard room.

false advertising unpleasant odor
I booked a free room upgrade. Upon arrival, I was given a standard room. The staff claimed all rooms are the same, a blatant lie. They offered the correct room later, but it smelled of drains, so I declined. a late checkout I had booked became a negotiation, quite irritating. A tout, seemingly tipped off by the Riad, aggressively demanded payment for carrying my small bag only a few yards.
